Yitzchak Altman (52) was born and raised in Jerusalem. He is married and a father of nine. In 2001, he relocated to the United States, where after several years of building relationships and gaining local insight, he began his professional journey in real estate.
Following the 2008 real estate crisis, Yitzchak identified opportunity in a changing market and began acquiring, renovating, and reselling residential properties. What started as small-scale fix-and-flip projects evolved into larger development initiatives throughout Northern New Jersey.
Today, Yitzchak leverages his extensive business connections in both Israel and the United States. He specializes in aligning carefully selected Israeli real estate projects with the needs and values of the Orthodox Jewish community in the U.S., combining market experience with deep community understanding.
Yehoshua Altman (47) was born and raised in Jerusalem. He is married and a father of five, and currently resides in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem.
With deep familiarity with the Jerusalem real estate market — and the Israeli market at large - Yehoshua brings strong local insight and on-the-ground knowledge to every project. His understanding of planning processes, developers, and neighborhood dynamics enables him to identify and present high-quality opportunities to clients abroad seeking to invest in Israel.
Yehoshua is known for his unwavering dedication to his clients. He remains personally involved throughout every stage of the process, providing hands-on guidance and support from the initial conversation through project completion and key delivery.
